Dealings...

Today is another beautiful, bright, sunny day but the dealings we are having to mess with stinks! My parents have been letting foreign exchange students come and stay with them for years now, they have had I think about six students total but have never had to deal with a child like Dillon! Most kids that are excepted into this program to come to our Country come highly recommended and over many other students. They come from there countries of course not use to American ways so some have a hard first month or so adjusting but in the end they leave like family... this particular young man has just ran my family through the ringer that's for sure!!! He came with an attitude like you would not believe first he got completed obsessed with a girl at our church that he had seen one time...went to her work while she was working without asking my parents forced himself on her to kiss him and mess around. In the end while at homecoming he was found drunk and four times over the limit...instead of admitting that he was just getting drunk with friends he completely lied to keep himself from trouble and being sent home...saying that he was kidnapped, threatened and made to drink because he was Muslim! When confronted by teachers he was told how serious the situation was and that these seniors could be sent to jail for 10-20 years he said he didn't care...finally the truth came out and he was told to write it out and was expelled from school...alot of other things have gone on (by the way Dillon is not Muslim he admitted on his papers to come here that he was not a certain religion and that he never attends any type of church service.) He is now being sent home extremely early because of his behavior. The purpose of the program he is in is to experience the different culture here and to let others here learn more about him and his country and he is not making them look good at all! So unfortunately he will be leaving for home sometime this week but is giving everyone he sees a very, very hard time.

On top of this Dannys ex-wife wants us to bring Skylar back to her early today for her husbands company picnic...which we would have no problem with but she refuses to give us the extra time back. She says no trading that we should just be willing to give her to her and not expect anything back. We only get Skylar for five days while she gets nine full days with her. So...just another day in the life. Good news today I get my beautiful niece and nephew tonight to watch!!! They love coming when Skylar is home...and we love having them over!
